To open an account on 2299bat, you must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided at registration — including your name, mobile number, date of birth, and address — must be accurate and truthful. 2299bat reserves the right to close any account registered with false or incorrect information.

One Account Only

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be suspended and the associated balances may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.

• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided at the time of registration.
• A national ID card or passport may be requested for account verification.
